Are there any certifications or awards that your products have received?

To ensure the highest standards, our supply chain and products for our educational ranges and toy lines are ethically and compliance audited by global auditing organisations (EN71, CPSIA, ASTM, CCC, Sedex, ISO 9001, ISO1 4001).
Do you offer product training or information sessions for our sales team?
Yes, product training can be given to customers on request.

What are the minimum order quantities?

Can we arrange our own shipping or use our preferred logistics provider?
Yes, you can use for preferred logistics provider.
Are there any shipping or handling fees we should be aware of?
For customs/importing requirements, this is generally up to the Region, there is no one size fits all.
Exclusivity & Territory:
Do you offer exclusive distribution rights for specific territories or regions?
No, we do not offer exclusive rights to any Regions.
Marketing & Branding:
Do you provide marketing materials or promotional items for distributors?
Our marketing team can provide images, videos, etc.
Are there any co-branding opportunities?

What are the guidelines for using your brand name and logo in our promotions?

Returns, Damages, & Warranty:
Do you provide a warranty on your products? If so, what are the terms?
Yes, generally 1 year from the date of invoice.
How do you handle product recalls or safety concerns?
We have never experienced recalls or safety concerns as all products are tested to the highest standards.

We release new products annually.
